I OM trained in NY in 2014 and OM sporadically; I returned to OM resently to farther my personal growth; boundaries, and healing from past trauma being a focus at this time in my life. I love the opennes, clarity and healthy communication that the nest and container bring to the practice; 'as in OM, as in life' is a clear path to addressing my relationship with the world.
